  • How much will my deposit be?
    30% of the package you choose. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • What areas do you service?
    My team and I decided that we would travel up to an hour for events. We want to reach the areas that do not usually have access to services like ours as well. With that said, google the distance of your event to Fort Washington or Bowie MD. If the travel time is within 60 minutes, we are open to travelling to you! Travel fees are added to every booking.
  • What is the first step to book a character?
    You would fill out our intake form which is linked to the "BOOK NOW" button on our home page. From then on you would be in touch with someone to guide you through the rest.
  • What forms of payments do you accept?
    1. Zelle 2. Apple Pay 3. Cash App 4. Venmo We do not accept cash or checks.
  • What do I get when booking a character?
    Under our packages tab, it lists everything that is included when you book a character with us.
  • What costume characters do you have available?
